He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Blackwell and Ruth Blackwell (Breastman); his wife Mary L. Herpolsheimer; his daughters, Lynn Deep (John) of Albany and Jill Peters (Dan) of Astoria, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Madeline, Joe, Matthew, Chloe, Lindsey, Olivia and Lillian; his great grandchildren, Rory, Sawyer, River, Zoe, Ryan and Jason; and his son Robert Blackwell Jr..
