She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Perkins; and her aunt Micki Studer. She is survived by: her mother Gail Perkins (Studer) of Bowling Green; her brother Thomas Perkins (Lori) of Bowling Green; her nephew Joe Cary; her niece Katherine Blair; her aunt Karen Mold (Doug); and her uncle Larry Studer.

Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to The Wood County Humane Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
