He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Payne and Leona Payne (Goff); and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Janett Perry; his children, Brian Payne, Leona Perry and Kimberly Payne; his stepchildren, Jeremy Kerr and Carrie Bowers; and his brother Joe Payne. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
