He is survived by: his children, Andrea Perkins (Thomas) of Bowling Green, Ohio and Paul Perry (Debbra) of Weston, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Zack, Zeb, Zion Isaac, Abby, Paula and Romana.
