He was predeceased by: his son Jack Jay; and his brother Dale Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Donna Otley (Chamberlain); his children, Richard Allen Jr. (Nancy) of Bowling Green, Thomas Lee (Terry) of Bowling Green and Jill Pixley (Cash) of Fostoria; and his pet Kiki. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
