He was predeceased by: his father Ervin Palmer; his son Bradley Palmer Sr.; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law LuAnn Palmer; and his brother Concrete.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Kaufman; his son Rodney Palmer (Stacy Carson) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Sydney Burrows (Dylan), Blair Palmer (Cassidy), Bradley Palmer Jr., Blaze Palmer, Bryson Palmer and Kayla Carson; his great grandchildren, Gwenyth Burrows, Wesley Palmer and Jaxson Palmer; and his mother-in-law Betty McCartney of North Baltimore.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
