He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parsons and Loretta Parsons (Welch); and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Bowley; his grandchildren, Matthew, Bryon Bowley, Dustin, Christopher Parsons and Stacey Tabor; his great grandchildren, Owen and Jackson; his son Chip; and his sister Mary.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory (1460 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his honor may be gifted to The Wood County Relay for Life.
