She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Terry and Della Mae Terry (Oney); her husband James Waters; and her son Charles "Chip" Koehler. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Kramp (Joe) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Jamie Cook (Jamie), Jen Archambeau, Sara Hill, Christopher Chamberlain (Jessica), Amber Black, Corey Koehler and Linsi Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Jeremiah, Madilyn, Makayla, Jack, Roman, Archer, Eva, Ada and Jalen.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dunn Funeral Home- Bowling Green Chapel (408 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
