He was predeceased by: his parents, Serge Higley and Mabel Higley (Mardis); his wife Bonnie Jean Welsh; his brothers, Raymond and Steve Higley; and his brother-in-law Henry Wueller.
He is survived by: his siblings, Leroy Higley (Patricia) of Weston and Susan Wueller of Auburn, IN. He is also survived by three nephews; and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
