She was predeceased by: her son Bill; and her husband Jerry. She is survived by: her daughter Tammie Simon (Gary); her grandchildren, Will Burrell (Amanda), Stephanie VanMeter (Jason), Tony Simon, Matthew Simon (Ashley) and Tom Simon; her great grandchildren, Cyan, Nevie, Anna and Ava; her siblings, Louis Kish (Geri) and Lou Ann Henry (Bill); and her friend Gene Aufdencamp.
