She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Frantz and Mary Frantz (Shaner); her husband Paul Gaines; her sister Laura Cook; her stepsister MaryAnn Black; and her nephew Donnie Black.
She is survived by: her nephew Scott Cook; her nieces, Kay Rutkowski (David) and Sheila Bovine; and her brother-in-law Donald "Bub" Black.
