She is survived by: her significant other John Eberly; her children, Michael Eberly (Keely), Pam Eberly, Chad Eberly (Crystal) and Jason Eberly (Julie); her grandchildren, Burke Eberly (Ashley), Gage Eberly (Emily), Briana Williams (Steve), Tate, Corrynn, Carrigan, Cameron, Carter, Conrad, Madalyn and Haley; her great grandchildren, Brax, Tyce Williams, Aslyn and Callum Eberly; her sisters, Becky Farnsworth (Doug) and Jean Robinson (Rob Davis); her daughters, Julie, Crystal and Corrynn; and her friend Scott Kobylak.
