She is survived by: her spouse John E. Jackson; her children, Louise Jackson, Patricia Jackson (John Leslie) of Toledo, John E., Jr. (Connie) of Sandusky, Robert N. of Columbus, Stephen, Jeffrey E. of Swanton and Frederick E. (Kim) of Toledo; her grandchildren, Robert Jackson, Jr. (Karrie), Elizabeth Anne Weatherby (Scott), Patricia Anne Randall (Dana), Peter Jackson (Renee), Jeffrey Jackson (Sara Smith) and Nicholas Jackson; her stepgrandchildren, Peter Kuebeck (Alyssa), David Kuebeck (Rachel) and Andrew Kuebeck; and her sister Jane Dixon (Claude).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Pat's name to St. John XXIII Building Fund.
