He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Mikolajczyk and Henrietta Mikolajczyk (Bialorucki); his son Thomas Mikolajczyk; his stepmother Lois Mikolajczyk; and his siblings, Cindy Lawson and Ronald "Mickey" Mikolajczyk.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mikolajczyk (Sikorski); his children, Laura Staten (Michael), Renita Mikolajczyk (Sandy), Michael (Laura) and Timothy Mikolajczyk (Marie); his daughter-in-law Rosemary Mikolajczyk (John); his sister Carol Ostermeyer (Rob); his sister-in-law Shirley Sikorski; his grandchildren, Andrew (Dawn), Angela, Aaron Mikolajczyk, Marie Gaertner (Chris), Matthew Mikolajczyk (Heidi), Michael Staten (Stephanie) and Brittany Schwabel (Bruce); his great grandchildren, Ben, Haydn, McKenna, Mason, Gavin, Hendrix, Mikey, Brucie Jr. and Brayden; and his close friends, Geneva, Julie Wozniak, Ghasson Talfa, Jim Kitchen, Don Johns, Joe and Carol Dymczak.
