She is survived by: her brother Larry Smith; her niece Shirley Reddish; her extended family Deloris Moore; and her friends, Judy Conda and Angie Blake.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Wood Lane Foundation, Inc., Bridge Hospice or the Church of the Nazarene in Bowling Green, Ohio.
