He was predeceased by: his father Wayne A. Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Marie Johnson (Peterson) of Bowling Green; his sister Lona Leck (Mark) of Bowling Green; his cousin Kevin Peterson of Iron; and his niece Larissa Leck of California.
