She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Heilman and Elsie Heilman (Schlegel); and her husband Darrell Conley. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Tipton, Pam Meeks (Mike), Beverly Adkins-Williams (Doug), Rebecca Tipton, Rita Tipton and Jeff Tipton (Tracey). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
