He is survived by: his wife Cindy Weaver (Brown); his children, Timothy and Audrey Weaver; his stepdaughters, Jessica Gibson and Melissa Baker; and his sister Francis Weaver-Snyder (Bill). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
