He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Marie. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Matthew A. Brichta of Bowling Green, Vicki Gallagher of Rossford, Jim Titus of Arkansas, Debbie Williams (Kevin) of Bowling Green, Joyce Sterling of Dowling and Leslie Titus of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Chris, Rachel, Tonya, Brandi and Mark. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or The 577 Foundation.
