She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Irene Gross (Recker) and Robert Richard Gross; and her husband Charles Arthur Waggoner. She is survived by: her children, Janine Sturdavant, Todd Waggoner and Charlene Waggoner; her sons-in-law, Charles Sturdavant and Richard Mulholland; and her grandchildren, Tamara Sturdavant, Derek Sturdavant, Maxwell Mulholland, Samuel Mulholland and Zachary Mulholland.
