She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Cook and Minnie Cook (Ison); and her daughter Martha Jane Cook-Myers. She is survived by: her children, Leatra Jean Harper (Steve) of Bowling Green, Walter Allen Harper of Lewistown, IL, Anne Harper of Tiffin and Roy Douglas Harper of Tiffin. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
