She was predeceased by: her father Matt Wagner. She is survived by: her son Donald Whitacre of New York; and her sisters, Mary Hoffman, Bernadine Beaverson, Frances Hinesman and Florence Bowen.
Memorial contributions in Madeline's honor may be gifted to St. Aloysius Catholic Church or Bridge Hospice.
