She is survived by: her husband Daniel Butler; her children, Shane Hart (Rita) of Dublin, Steve Hart (Becky) of Toledo and Sheri Richardson (Hart) of Bowling Green, OH; her stepchildren, Shawn Butler (Nichole) of Boulder, Heather Douglas (Jeff) of Bowling Green, OH and Brandon Butler (Audrey) of Bowling Green, OH.; and her brother Leroy Williams (Bonnie).
