Louis left this world on November 10, 2024 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Mitchell Best and Norma Hatfield Best. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Tomlin Best; his sisters, Kathy Best of Bowling Green, OH and Margaret Burlingame (Jim) of Indianapolis, IN; and his brother-in-law James C. Dowling of Bay Village, OH. He is also survived by other loving relatives and close friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home (1460 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory (1460 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402).

Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the BG Area Community Bands, the Aldo Leopold Foundation, Inc. (for land conservation), or a charity of one's choice.
