She is survived by: her parents, Jennings Lewis (Joyce) and Loretta Holbrook; her brothers, Dan Lewis (Sharon), Travis Lewis (Angie), Josh Lewis, Johnny Hill (Angie), Christopher Holbrook (Faith) and Donnie Holbrook; and her girlfriend Brenda Barto. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in her honor may be gifted to the Wood County Humane Society.
