He is survived by: his mother Elsie Mae Hampton; his friend Joe; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Von Berlin; his nieces, Amy Drees (Carl) of Defiance and Laura Berlin of Albuquerque; his nephew Eric Berlin of Lorain; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac, Thaddeus and Zora Drees; his nieces and nephews, Eliza Martinez, Isabelle Yuhasz-Berlin and Rhys Berlin; his friends, Melanie Stretchbery and Kelby Kale; his aunts, Mary Hernacki, Clara Swartz and Judy Daniels; and his cousins, Bobbi and Kelbey Phillips-Kill.
