It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Phipps (Bowling Green, Ohio), born in Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her grandmother Crystal Lake; her sons, Bob Phipps (Shirley) of Logansport, IN, Carroll Phipps (Sharon) of Inverness, FL and Gary Phipps (Gail) of Swanton, OH; her grandchildren, KariLynn, Holly, Melanie and Crystal; her nephew Lyle Essinger; and her husband Ira Essinger.
