She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenore Clark and Charles Clark (Bert) of Toledo; her daughter Jill Trevino; and her brother Bob Periatt. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert "Bert" E. Springstead; her children, Gil Springstead of Bowling Green, OH, Geoff Springstead of Weston, OH and Joyce Merillat of Fayette; her grandchildren, Tony, Jessica, Jennifer, Randy, Patty, Kyle, Devin, Bryce Jim, Ben and Tiffany; and her sister Sandy Smith.
Memorial contributions in Judith's honor may be gifted to Al-Anon Family Groups.
