She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Francis and Marjorie Francis (Turpeny); and her son Matthew Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Nelson; her children, Paul Hoyt Nelson (Laura) of Grafton, Laura Adams (Gary) of Maumee, Michael Nelson (Michelle) of Tecumseh, Ted Nelson (Patricia) of Monroe Falls, Michelle Prand (Tim) of Perrysburg, Barnaby Nelson (Dessie) of Gibsonton, Alicia Leonard (Joe) of Holland, Nicole Woolaver (Nick) of Norwalk and Shaina McDermott (Patrick) of Bowling Green; and her siblings, Robert Francis (Kelly), Carol Gray (Terry Wisniewski) and Linda Blankley (Lary). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
