She was predeceased by: her parents, Encarnacion Hernandez and Simona Hernandez (Martinez); her former husband Encarnacion Enriquez; and her children, Elena Enriquez, Maria Taylor and Steven Enriquez.
She is survived by: her husband Moises Avila; her children, Encarnacion Enriquez (Tammy) of Pemberville, Manuel Enriquez of Bowling Green, Esther Spahn (Lloyd) of Luckey, Fred Enriquez (Stacie), Jesse (Maureen), Gloria Pizana of Bowling Green, Juan Enriquez of Bowling Green, Raymond Enriquez (Anita) of Bowling Green and Linda Rublaitus (Kirk) of Luckey; and her siblings, Joe Hernandez (Brenda) of Fostoria, Angelina Hernandez (Ralph) of Clyde, Ramona Sanchez of Bowling Green, Armandina Rodriguez, Lupe Sanchez of Fostoria, Susie Garn (Jack) of Fostoria, Encarnacion Hernandez Jr., Ysidro Hernandez, Maria Capetillo and Anita Navarro. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
