She is survived by: her husband Raymond Parsons; her daughter Kathy Bowley; her grandsons, Bryon Bowley, Matthew Bowley (Greer), Stacey Tabor (Chris), Dustin Parsons and Christopher Parsons; her great grandchildren, Owen and Jackson Bowley; and her daughter Deanna Meeker.

Memorial Contributions in Joyce's honor may be gifted to Bridge Hospice.
