She was predeceased by: her father John C. Bair; and her daughter Cindy Ziegler. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. Price; and her children, Robert Ziegler (Candice), Nancy Aurand (Kevin) and Lesley Hollister (Andy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Joy's honor may be gifted to Bridge Hospice.
