It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Phillips (Bowling Green, Ohio), who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Beulah Phillips (Stockwell); his spouse Clarinda I. Ramage; and his brothers, Fred, Dick and David Phillips.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tevon Elwood (Jeff) of Forest and Fred Hilt Jr. (Kim) of Wayne, Ohio; and his sister Marialyce Barringer of Bowling Green, Ohio. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Joseph's honor may be gifted to the American Cancer Society.
