She is survived by: her parents, Kendall Ray and Elizabeth Ray (Valentine); her pet Max; her sons, James Hayhurst of Toledo and John Hayhurst of Bowling Green; her daughter-in-law Kathy Pultz of Bowling Green; her siblings, Robert Youtsey of Alexandria, Peggy Racke (Matz) of Florence, Juanita Smith (Richard) of Butler and John Ray (Mary) of Elizabthtown; her grandchildren, Misty Kaczmarek, Noah Tipton, Crystal Ball (David) and Josh Keatley; and her great grandchild Lily.
