She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Russell and Norma Russell (Jacobs). She is survived by: her husband Stephen V. Foraker Sr.; her children, Stephen Foraker Jr. (Shannon) of Dunbridge and Kathryn St (Chad); her grandchildren, Justin Estep, Sarah Germano (Mike) and Kevin Estep; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Lucian and Quentin.
