He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Keith; his friend Dave Steinberger; his close friend Chuck Mull; his grandchild Dentin Bailey; and his siblings, Maxine York, Bill, Kenneth and Don Keith.
He is survived by: his children, James Paul Keith, II (Polly Garmatter), Lisa Godfrey (Jimmie Mullins), John Keith (Jennifer Staley), Pam Keith and Jerry Keith (Jade); his grandchildren, Andrea, Logan, Justin, Cayden, Dakotah, Jared, Jordan, Kolton, Keegan (Abbey), Karson, Dylan (Morgan) and Theresa; his great grandchildren, Haylee (Shane), Devin (McKenna), Brayden, Xander, Bentlee, Maddie, Ke'Andre, Klayton and Daxton; his sister Millie Fisher; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Schultz, Shirley Meeks, Tammy Stelzer, Helen Campbell, Reba Raleigh, Billy Keith, Tom Keith, Jim York and Jeff Keith.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to St. Jude's Hospital.
