He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Horine and Forrest Horine; and his sister Karolyn. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Horine (West); his children, Shelley Horine (Karen), Kim Martin and David Horine (Aubrey); his grandchildren, Derek, Kristina, Caden and Olivia; and his stepchildren, Emily and Brian Meeks. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
