He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Miller and Vida Miller (Parks); and his daughter-in-law Mary Miller. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Miller (Stage) of Bowling Green; his children, Susan Smith of Chehalis, WA and Steven Miller of Bowling Green, OH; his grandchildren, Shannon Miller-Maynard (Gene), Allyssa Miller, Spencer Smith and Max Smith; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Beaverson (Jeremy Baker), Cassie Beaverson, Beckett Beaverson, Maya Maynard, Kate Maynard and Zoey Maynard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's honor may be gifted to Trinity United Methodist Church.
