He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. White and Dorothy A. White (Creger); and his son Matthew Blain White. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Moor; his daughter Sarah White of Michigan City; his brother Bryan White (Arlene) of Arlington; and his niece Rebecca White-Schooner (Don). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
