We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2019, at the age of 94, Helen L. Simon (Bowling Green, Ohio), born in Aurora, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kuyon and Mary Kuyon (Kiss); her husband Frank Simon; her son-in-law Richard Velek; and her siblings, Joseph Keyon, John Keyon, Steve Kuyon, George Kuyon, Frank Kuyon, Louie Kuyon, William Kuyon, Dorothy Zugan and Mary Kovolyan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Velek of Mantua and Susan Carpenter (Mark) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the Wounded Warrior Project or Wood Haven Health Care- Activities Department.
