She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Mays and Ruth Mays (Duncan). She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia "Ginny" Kuyoth (Matt Jarvi) of Lafayette and Robyn Akers of Peru; her sisters, Anne Merrill (Art) of Bowling Green and Marilyn Mays Van (Doug); her grandchildren, Rebel Anne Kuyoth and Brandon Kyle Akers; and her great grandchildren, Karsen Randall Kuyoth-Akers and Marley Holloman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Wood County Humane Society or the Wood County VA.
