She is survived by: her daughter Linda Chapman of Bowling Green; her granddaughter Mindie Koch (Scott) of Bowling Green; her great grandchildren, Steven (Ashley), Scotty, Kayla and Whitney; and her great great grandchildren, Memphis and Dean.
