He was predeceased by: his parents, Bino Duty and Mary Duty (Carpenter); his wife Joyce Harmeyer; his sons, Steven and Gregory Duty; and his siblings, Laurel Duty and Evelyn Trapp.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Duty of Wayne and Randall Duty of Bowling Green; and his daughter-in-law Doris Duty of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
