She is survived by: her husband Henry "Hank" Ackerman; her sons, Dan (Cindy), Dave (Patti), Doug (Rose) and Darren (Lora); her grandchildren, Danielle (Jonathan), Aaron, Andrew, Sherry (Sean), MaryJo (Cory), Charlotte, Alex, Brandy, Bailey, Veronica, Kyle, Thomas and Abigail; her great grandchildren, Larissa, Kelsey, Colton and Evander; her siblings, Rueben "Al" Messenger (Carol), Dale McGinnis (Judy) and Donna Hicks (Floyd); and her sister-in-law Pat Watson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
