He is survived by: his children, Mark Lay (Mary) of Rudolph, Mike Lay (Diane) of Bowling Green and Melanie Baker (Clayton); his grandchildren, Heather McGiffin (Adam), James Baker, Ashley Baker (Dean), Stephanie Wendt (Dakota), Katie McAfee, Brock Lay, Brittany Lay, Merceddes McAfee (Austin), Christopher Lay (Douglas) and Brooke Lay; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Nataleigh, Miranda, Mason, James Baker Jr., Levi, Harper Landry, Beau, Parker Wendt, Bailey and Adalyn McGiffin.
