Ringer (Bowling Green, Ohio), born in Cairo, Ohio, who passed away on November 19, 2019, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Sandy and Mollie Sandy (Foster); her siblings, Clyde, Nellie, Dorothy, Floyd, John, Carl, Howard and Irene; her nephews, Carl J. Sandy and Joe Sandy; and her niece Julia Luginbill (Sandy).
She is survived by: her husband Erwin Ringer; and her nephews, Larry Sandy, James Parsons, Carl Wingate and Tom Wingate.
