He was predeceased by: his parents, William Decker and Bessie Decker (Down); his wife Maroe Fletcher; his siblings, Dwight Decker, Kathryn Fox and Dorothy Fox; and his grandson Chad T. Tibor.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Decker of Bowling Green, Ryan Decker of Bowling Green, Maroe Decker of Bowling Green and Deidre Tibor (Jon) of Lapeer; his grandchildren, Brienne King (Brian), Tory Tibor (Megan), Blair Eberly (Nathan) and Libby Rae Decker; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Kiera Tibor and Madeline Rae King.
