He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Sam" Sergent and Maymie Sergent (McCallister); his brother Russell Dennis Sergent; and his wife Kathy Bloomfield. He is survived by: his former wife Jane Frobose; his children, Kaymie Hafner (Mark) of Rudolph, Dane Sergent (Tina) of Perrysburg and Kari Sergent of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Logan, Justin, Ella, Andrew, Samuel, Jaynie and Lukas; his siblings, Dorsey Sergent (Kay) of Bowling Green and Dorothy Beauprez (Robert) of Bowling Green; his sister-in-law Beverly Sergent of Taylor; and his half-sister Kim Sergent of Howell, Michigan.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
