She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard "Dutch" and Louise Diebert (Polzin); her husband Howard Dewyer (Jerry); her great grandchild Taven; and her sisters, Suzie Diebert and Kay Pultz.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Domer (Mark), Nikki Hamman (Jason) and Christopher Kreais; her grandchildren, Natalie, Erik, Christopher, Dale, Taylor and Caden; her great grandchildren, Rylen, Audisty and Ember; her pet Harley; and her brothers, Merlin and Michael.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Donna's honor may be gifted to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Dussel Drive, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
