He is survived by: his wife Martha McKenzie (Marty); his children, Craig McKenzie (Jason), Heather Etling (Bill) and Megan Fleck (Troy); his grandchildren, Hailey, Landon Bodnar and Parker Etling; and his uncle Roger McKenzie.
